What Youll Do

Load, run, and unload the dishwasher efficiently and safely where applicable.

Ensure all utensils, glassware, plates, cookware, and trays are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area at all times.

Set up the dish room and dish machine before each shift and properly break them down after.

Sanitize work areas continuously to prevent cross-contamination.

Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways at the end of your shift.

Follow all current food safety and hygiene standards.

Arrive in full uniform with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Be open to cross-training opportunities for career growth.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What Were Looking For

Reliable, hard-working individuals who value teamwork.

Strong communication skills (

bilingual strongly encouraged ).

Ability to follow instructions and maintain high sanitation standards.

Dependabilityarriving on time and ready to work.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move for several hours at a time.

Lift up to 20 lbs and handle repetitive motion tasks.

Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physical duties throughout the shift.

Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working near heat, steam, and standard kitchen equipment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.

Exposure to hot surfaces, steam, and sharp kitchen tools.

Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
