What you'll do:
Lead and support teams by coordinating work assignments and sharing resources to meet business priorities.
Supervise associates by assigning duties, providing feedback, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain safety and quality standards by ensuring equipment and supplies are functional and available.
Manage landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, pest control, and garden maintenance using horticultural methods.
Utilize technology to complete work orders, maintain records, and support documentation.
Provide expert advice and guidance to associates, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to policies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify needs and implement effective facility solutions.
What you'll bring:
Proven leadership experience in supervising and developing teams within facility or exterior services environments.
Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, including landscape management, planting, pruning, and pest control.
Ability to coordinate and execute work assignments while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards such as OSHA and DOT.
Skilled in using technology to manage work orders, maintain records, and support operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and coaching skills to provide feedback, training, and support to associates.
Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and quality standards in all activities.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation to resolve issues effectively.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
21 years of age or older.
Valid, state-issued driver's license.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification within 90 days of hire.
As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
