What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Sr. Manager, Rewards & My Metrics Fidelity leads fidelity strategy and operational rigor for this workstream across the Spark Driver platform. Owning mechanisms that protect rewards and metricsaccuracy and compliance by improving issue detection, triage, investigation, escalation, and resolution. This leader partners closely with Product, Engineering, Earnings Governance, Legal, Support, and defects workstreams to identify root causes, reduce repeat issues, and build scalable solutions. Success requires strong program leadership, sound judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate complex issues into clear action plans and executive-ready updates.

The Driver Experience team focuses on enhancing the engagement of gig contractors through the Spark Driver App. The team works collaboratively across functions to develop innovative solutions, lead strategic initiatives, and manage projects aligned with business?objectives. By?leveraging?strong operational and analytical skills, the team drives improvements that strengthen the overall value proposition and support Walmart's commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.?
What you'll do:
Strategy & Roadmap: Lead fidelity strategy definition for Rewards and My Metrics and execute to increase driver trust and governance compliance.
Program Leadership: Build fidelity mechanisms, operating cadences, and standard procedures that improve Rewards & My Metrics reliability at scale.
Insights & Performance Management: ?Partner with Analytics and Data Science to investigate, generate insights and establish KPIs to track performance.
Coss-Functional Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Governance to identify defects, close process gaps, and strengthen reconciliation accuracy.
Business Case Development: Translate findings from investigations and root cause analyses into product improvements, while providing leadership with execution progress.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree and?6+ years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or platform operations within complex cross-functional environments.
Experience moving between executive-level thinking and detailed investigative work.
Strong track record of improving governance, resolving issues, and designing scalable operating models.
Demonstrated experience collaborating/influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.?
Exceptional presentation skills with strong experience building and leading executive presentations.
Expert in selecting the right metrics and KPIs to track and manage business goals.?
Experienced working with product, Legal, Governance, and tech teams to design solutions to business problems and?building?business cases for program needs.
End-to-end project management skills.?

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
