The role

Are you passionate about helping organisations transform the way their people work through innovative Digital Workplace, Microsoft, and AI-powered solutions?

Do you thrive on building trusted relationships with senior executives and turning strategic technology conversations into high-value business opportunities with measurable outcomes?

Role & Responsibilities Opportunity Development

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts by positioning Digital Workplace solutions to deliver measurable business value.

Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives, build executive relationships, and drive multi-million-dollar service opportunities.

Scoping and Sizing

Collaborate with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to assess client requirements, technical needs, and business objectives.

Scope, size, and commercialize solutions to ensure alignment with customer expectations, delivery capability, and profitability targets.

Market Research & Thought Leadership

Stay current on Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide differentiated client insights and positioning.

Lead client workshops, presentations, and executive discussions by translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.

Sales Support & Collaboration

Support the full sales lifecycle through technical guidance, solution design, proposal development, and strategic account planning.

Drive cross-sell and growth initiatives within accounts while contributing to team capability building and exceeding sales targets.

What we need to see from you

Client-facing experience with a proven track record in strategic sales planning, business development, and enterprise-level account growth.

Proven ability to penetrate accounts: multi-threading, org mapping, and securing senior stakeholder access.

Track record of winning and delivering large-scale professional services engagements and multi-million-dollar opportunities.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with pace and precision across complex, multi-stakeholder deal environments.

Strong team player - able to work collaboratively within a presales team and with broader sales, delivery, and marketing stakeholders.
