The role

Enjoy operations and administrative coordination more than sales or account management?

Take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and measurable business outcomes by supporting Sales Account Managers?

Thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams?

Manage tax invoice issuance, billing documentation, and payment-related coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate customer, order, contract, and billing records.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order-to-billing processes
