Salary Range: $47,845.00 - $93,809.00
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Mass Communications, New Media, or related field
Two (2) years of experience in social media marketing, digital communications, writing and editing, or related work
Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communications)
Marketing and communications project management experience
Proficient in social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc
Demonstrated experience in short-form video production and editing
Experience with analytics, planning, forecasting and reporting
Skilled at learning and adapting to new technology and interactive marketing strategies (in particular AI and AEO-based)
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Demonstrate a knowledge of and interest in diverse cultures and populations
Preferred Qualification
Experience with Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, etc.), Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office and Google
Proficiency in project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc)
Utilize generative AI and prompt engineering to scale content ideation, reduce research time and increase campaign engagement
