TEKsystems has a full time or contract to hire role for a Finance Global Process Owner over a new ERP implementation project. Role can sit remote with travel to Colorado as often as 1 week a month.
Our client is beginning a business-led transformation program that's strategically aimed at transforming their ways of working and improving end-to-end processes. It's a multi-phased program that consists of migrating from a legacy ERP (IFS) to Infor CloudSuite.
As part of this they are hiring a Global Process Owner for Finance. The formal job description is below, but the key experience and skills needed for this role are:
1) 8+ years of Finance leadership and skills in accounting, reporting, analytics, etc.
2) ERP implementation and business tranformation experience.
3) experience with companies that have a global presence (North America, APAC, EMEA).
4) Manufacturing industry experience.

The Role
The Global Process Owner (Finance) - will lead the end-to-end design of Finance processes and systems as our client transitions from IFS to Infor CloudSuite. This role is responsible for defining global process requirements, identifying gaps between current and future-state capabilities, and owning the design of standardized, scalable Finance solutions. The GPO will partner closely with Program Leadership, project teams, and Subject Matter Experts to simplify, harmonize, and modernize Finance processes worldwide. The ideal candidate can think strategically while remaining hands-on-able to design and implement processes, support program decision-making, and manage priorities across a high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Global Process Ownership & Design
o Lead global Finance ERP process design, collaborating with country SMEs to identify localization needs and resolve gaps.
o Define end-to-end processes, including required controls, role design, and documentation supporting standardized and non-standard workflows.
o Ensure process integrity, compliance, and effective segregation of duties across the global design.
Governance, Compliance & Decision Making
o Guide approval processes for non-standard design decisions and support the Business Design Authority.
o Provide oversight on configuration and functional design, ensuring alignment with global standards.
o Support global role mapping and decision-making related to functional specifications.
Change Management, Training & Adoption
o Shape change strategy, including impact assessments, training design, and stakeholder readiness.
o Oversee development of SOPs, training materials, and UAT scenarios; support execution as needed.
o Drive cutover readiness and contribute to end-user adoption plans.
Data Strategy & Readiness
o Provide leadership in data mapping, profiling, cleansing, and migration governance.
o Advise on data ownership structures and resolve data-related issues in partnership with global and local teams.
Leadership, Collaboration & Ways of Working
o Apply strong analytical judgement to simplify complexity and deliver actionable solutions.
o Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment with stakeholders across the global organization.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial process transformation, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end process design, standardization, and optimization within ERP-enabled environments
Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations or transformations (Infor CloudSuite experience preferred)
Proven ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
