As a Security Officer Patrol Screening in Monroe Township, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading dock areas, parking lots, trailer yards, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel and/or visitors, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Support loss prevention and operational awareness efforts by observing package handling areas, vehicle traffic, and high-volume movement zones, while following post orders and reporting incidents in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
