Entry-Level Claims Support Specialist (Onsite)

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls and assist policyholders, agents, and claimants

Support new claims setup and update claim documentation

Handle basic administrative tasks including data entry and file processing

Provide helpful, professional service and route inquiries as needed

Assist teams with follow-ups and claim-related support activities

Role Logistics

Worksite: Onsite - Rochester, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (no weekends)

Pay: $16/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
