Working closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and driving operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include:- Create purchase requisitions based on MRP recommendations, forecasts, and customer demand.- Release and monitor purchase orders and internal stock transfer orders (ISTOs), assisting with expediting materials as needed.- Release and track work orders to support production and customer requirements.- Coordinate disposition, rework, and purge activities for assigned products.- Communicate product availability, supply concerns, and potential risks to internal stakeholders.- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory reduction and optimization initiatives.- Maintain planning reports and ensure data accuracy within ERP systems.- Identify and escalate potential shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain risks.- Participate in cross-functional meetings supporting assigned product lines.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Planning and Supply Chain organization.What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.- 24 years of experience in planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or a related environment.- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is preferred.- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and levels of the organization.- Desire to learn and develop expertise in planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.Work Environment- Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to production and warehouse environments.- Ability to work additional hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed to support business objectives.Mindray North America offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, disability coverage, FSA/HSA options, and moreall within a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.Mindray North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
