Job Description
Purpose:
The Marketing Campaigns Manager supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate the reputation and visibility of Texas A&M Engineering. This role helps strengthen national and international awareness, deepen engagement with priority audiences, and ensure a cohesive brand presence across channels. Working in close partnership with internal teams and external agency partners, the Marketing Campaigns Manager helps translate strategic priorities into high-impact campaigns, creative storytelling, and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
40% Marketing Campaign Management
Help develop and manage execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the key messages of the engineering enterprise with target audiences to achieve strategic objectives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop high-quality campaign assets that inform, influence, and inspire target audiences.
Activate campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms to maximize reach, relevance, and engagement.
Monitor industry, marketing, and cultural trends to identify proactive opportunities and timely campaign moments.
Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of strategy, positioning, and messaging for Texas A&M Engineering.
Participate in market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and audience insights that strengthen positioning.
20% Creative Development
Help shape creative direction for marketing initiatives, including messaging, visual identity alignment, and storytelling approach.
Contribute to the development of multimedia content packages that support compelling, audience-centered narratives.
Ensure creative deliverables align with strategy, reflect brand standards, and resonate with priority audiences.
20% Performance Management
Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators for marketing initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance data and reports to inform decision-making.
Optimize campaign strategy and tactics based on results, feedback, and evolving priorities.
Other Duties
Supervision and management marketing content and digital advertising team.
Assists Associate director with developing a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What We Need:
Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of related experience.

Degree in marketing, communications, business.
Experience in marketing or strategic communications.
Experience in campaign management, marketing or related role.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Understanding of Texas A&M's mission, values, and culture.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Self-driven with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage shifting priorities.
Ability to proactively recognize topical opportunities.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
