Kelly Services is seeking Warehouse Workers at a well-known Distribution Center in Tilton, NH. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various positions including returns and packing orders.

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm

Weekly Pay

Immediate start

Roles and Responsibilities:

Receive new merchandise from factories and prepare garments and accessories for shipment to customers or retail stores

Select customer orders and ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of products

Put away returns and maintain proper organization of inventory

Follow detailed instructions to carry out tasks effectively and efficiently

Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions to ensure smooth workflow

Pay attention to detail to maintain high quality standards

Be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Make judgment calls on quality to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions

Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders

Flexibility and multitasking abilities to adapt to changing priorities

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

Experience making judgment calls on quality would be an asset
