Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Providing technical expertise to develop process improvements and maximize production and increase capacity.

Investigate and resolve manufacturing problems in order to optimize process efficiency and product quality.

Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.

Work with management to identify new process improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, cost, performance, and preventive and predictive maintenance.

Identify area of opportunity for future continuous improvement.

Assist in performing first article approvals.

Adhere to all departmental and company-wide safety and procedural policies.

Notify supervisor of any quality or production problems.

Assist Manufacturing Engineering department with investigating and troubleshooting production related issues.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management.

5+ years of experience in quality and manufacturing process engineering, or a similar role.

Attention to detail and quality functions.

Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work to deadlines and produce results. The successful individual will be expected to take ownership of his/her position. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.
