Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and systems in a clean, organized production environment. You will work hands-on with wiring, soldering, and component installation while following production drawings and electrical schematics. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet production goals with high-quality output.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and systems according to production requirements.
Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to complete tasks accurately.
Perform wiring, routing, soldering, crimping, and component installation for electronic assemblies and wire harnesses.
Use hand tools and power tools to secure, fasten, and assemble parts safely and efficiently.
Mount components such as resistors, capacitors, and circuits onto panels and other assemblies.
Use measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and calipers to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy.
Maintain an organized and clean workstation, including proper handling and storage of tools and components.
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by communicating effectively and supporting coworkers.
Essential Skills
1-2+ years of electronics or electrical assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret production drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Hands-on experience with electronic assembly, including wiring and soldering.
Proficiency using hand tools and power tools in a production or assembly environment.
Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and calipers.
Capability to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality output.
Comfort working with wire harnesses, crimping tools, and other electrical assembly equipment.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled production facility designed for detail-oriented electronic assembly. Each employee has a dedicated workbench and computer setup, and all necessary tools are provided. The team size is relatively small, with approximately 10-12 employees, fostering a close-knit and supportive atmosphere. The workspace is quiet, well-organized, and focused on precision and quality. A strong hands-on training program and structured onboarding process help new employees ramp up quickly. Flexible schedule options are available, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (including two 15-minute breaks) or from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing stability and work-life balance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
