IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking anAdministrative Assistantin our Philadelphia, PA office.

The Senior Administrative Assistant 2 will be responsible for providing administrative support for assigned engineering teams and completing day-to-day administrative marketing tasks. Senior Administrative Assistant 2 will also be proficient in supporting all areas of engineering. Additionally, this position will demonstrate proficiency at using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates.

Principal Responsibilities

Follow and promote IMEG standards

Assist assigned team and other teams as needed

Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters

Attend and actively contribute to group meetings

Demonstrate leadership in the administrative role

Arrange meetings, tasks, and travel as needed for team

Exhibits problem solving and initiative when working with engineering team

Phone answering as needed

Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipping as needed

Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met

Required Skills/Abilities

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work with staff of all levels

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude

Strong leadership skills

Proven self-starter

Demonstrated high level of professionalism

Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with engineering specifications for all disciplines

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels

Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently

Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED required

Associate Degree preferred

5 years of experience minimum required, 6 preferred, in administration

Experience with engineering administration preferred

This position is not eligible for sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
