We focus on engineering and manufacturing complex projects for companies in the aerospace, defense, and space industries. ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team.

This position is located on-site in Hamilton, Washington State.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

[The Manufacturing Engineer for Assembly is responsible for supporting all technical aspects of the value stream including but not limited to Finishing, Assembly, Metrology, and other aspects to meet the customers' requirements.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Works directly with internal teams to give technical guidance.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Provides feedback on designs and drawings for manufacturability and specification compliance]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Identifies opportunities for process improvement in both manufacturing and design standards]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Investigates and evaluates new technologies]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Champions quality standards]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Manages and communicates changes to best practices and standards across the company]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Assist with manufacturing plans]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Identifies areas of improvement in final assembly and manages initiatives to completion]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Challenges convention to foster innovative thinking]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Reviews and ensures internal standards and customer requirements are being followed]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Interacts frequently with shop floor to ensure project health; have a daily presence on shop floor]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Shall, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

QUALIFICATIONS

[Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
