Packaging Operator - Groveland, MA

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our production process-turning bulk materials into finished, ready-to-ship products. Your day will include:

Working from shop orders to package products in the correct size, @type, and quantity

Setting up and operating basic filling equipment with guidance

Measuring and filling containers accurately to meet customer specifications

Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards

Safely handling raw materials and finished goods

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Using hand tools and equipment for setup and light adjustments

Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any concerns

Collaborating with team members to meet production and delivery goals

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Comfortable working with machinery in a production setting

Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment

Forklift experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveland, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
