Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Representative:

Effectively manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

Service new and existing accounts

Accurately and efficiently enter orders

Work with the sales and engineering team to provide quotations to customers

Handle complaints, work with the cross functional teams to provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

Recommend products or services by asking fact finding questions

Expedite orders and quotations when needed

Manage inventory of owned or customer supplied materials

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Help production when available

Available Shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

2-5 years proven customer support experience

High School diploma required, bachelor's degree is a plus

Microsoft Excel skills required

Customer service driven

Strong phone and listening skills

Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems and practices

Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Creative problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong math aptitude

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
