Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $35.50/hour

Schedule: 24/7 operation - rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Overview

Join a newly built, highly automated facility featuring robotics and high-speed conveyor systems. In this hands-on role, you'll keep critical equipment running efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

Support equipment installation and system improvements

Maintain high uptime across a 24/7 operation

Contribute to team support and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Experience with conveyors, robotics, or automation

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to work rotating shifts

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

CMMS experience

Knowledge of controls and safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
