Description

We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This Contract position is expected to run for 2-4 weeks and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will help maintain an efficient front office environment while providing strong communication and data support.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk and general office activities, ensuring visitors and incoming communications are handled professionally.

Answer inbound phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.

Perform data entry with close attention to accuracy, keeping records updated and well organized.

Provide day-to-day administrative support such as filing, scheduling, document preparation, and basic office coordination.

Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area to support smooth daily operations.

Assist with routine clerical tasks and help the team stay organized during the contract assignment.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist position.

Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with staff and visitors.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in general administrative support tasks, including document handling and record maintenance.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting and adapting to changing daily priorities.
