ISC Production Supervisor

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing processes. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity goals. You will report directly to our Senior ISC Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of production operations, contributing to the seamless integration of supply chain activities and supporting Honeywell's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Lead and develop production team members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

2- 3 years in Production management or Engineering functions.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production optimization techniques.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Ability to analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving production targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.
