Admin/Office Assistant

This is a temporary assignment that will go from July-October.

Description

Assist with catering for corporate training sessions, meetings, and social events.

Work with building services, vendors and suppliers.

Create security badges for new hires and deactivate for termed employees.

Place orders for office and kitchen supplies.

Sort, distribute, and manage mail for corporate office as well as operating companies.

Help with restocking kitchens and pantries, as needed.

Skills

Administration, facility maintenance, Microsoft office

Qualifications

Professional experience in an office environment; Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry 15 pounds, reach, push a cart and pull

1-2 years of Admin or office assistant experience

Strong computer skills

Familiar with ordering office equipment

This is a Contract position based out of Downers Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
