Job Title: Entry-Level Production Associate

Location: North Kingstown, RI

Pay Rate: $19.50

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Production Associate to support our manufacturing team. This role involves working with materials, operating equipment, and assisting in the production and finishing of panels in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on manufacturing or construction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately read and interpret measurements using a measuring tape

Perform surface preparation work such as sanding and painting

Operate basic machinery and equipment used in the production process

Assist with the assembly of panels and production materials

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Skills:

Production and manufacturing support

Ability to read measurements accurately

Warehouse and material handling basics

Sanding and finishing techniques

Additional Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret measurements using a measuring tape

Willingness to learn construction and manufacturing skills

Basic understanding of sanding, painting, and equipment operation

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous construction or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Experience Level:

Entry-level; training provided

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Warwick, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
