As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in Flagstaff, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable presence while responding to concerns and assisting guests, tenants, and staff throughout the property.

Pay Rate: $21.65 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail mall location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with mall management and/or local emergency services when needed.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, high-traffic areas, and tenant spaces for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, and report concerns through proper channels.

Assist with crowd management, guest assistance, and directional support during business hours, peak shopping periods, and special events held at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
