Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports the shipping department by handling materials, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. You will work as part of a team while having your individual performance tracked, contributing directly to the efficient and timely movement of products through the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Support the shipping department by handling incoming and outgoing materials accurately and efficiently.
Use RF scanners to pick, scan, and process orders according to established procedures.
Perform inventory control tasks, including counting, verifying, and organizing products and materials.
Handle receiving and returns by unloading, sorting, and placing materials in the correct locations.
Move pallets and materials safely within narrow aisles while working around other team members and equipment.
Use appropriate material handling methods to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
Access products stored at elevated heights using a 12-foot staircase ladder as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the shipping department and surrounding warehouse.
Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures, including staying aware of electric pallet jacks operated by certified personnel.
Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy expectations, with individual contributions tracked and reported.
Essential Skills
0 to 6 months of related experience in a warehouse, material handling, or shipping and receiving environment.
Experience or familiarity with warehouse operations such as material handling, receiving, returns, shipping, and order picking.
Ability to use RF scanners for inventory control, order picking, and tracking materials.
Capability to walk at a fast pace for 8 to 12 hours per day on a consistent basis.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently for extended periods, potentially 8 to 12 hours per day.
Comfort working at heights when using a 12-foot staircase ladder to access stored products.
Willingness to work cooperatively in a team environment while being accountable for individual performance.
Commitment to following all warehouse rules, including restrictions on personal electronics during work hours.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse environment within the shipping department, surrounded by pallets of product and empty pallets laid out on the floor, with narrow aisles and several other team members working nearby. Electric pallet jacks are in regular use by certified operators, so awareness and adherence to safety practices are essential. The position involves being on your feet and walking at a fast pace for 8 to 12 hours per day, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally working at height using a 12-foot staircase ladder. Personal electronics such as cellphones, smart watches, and similar devices are not permitted in the warehouse, ensuring focus and safety. Appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes is required to support safe and comfortable movement throughout the facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
