Job Summary
Technical Business Analyst
Gather and document requirements for hospital-specific identity use cases, including:
? Provider onboarding (physicians, nurses, residents, affiliates)
? Role-based access for clinical systems (e.g., EPIC , EHR , clinical apps)
? Rapid provisioning/deprovisioning for patient safety and compliance
Work with hospital stakeholders (clinical operations, compliance, security) to identify access gaps, delays, and risk areas.
Translate complex healthcare workflows into:
? User stories and acceptance criteria
? Process maps for identity lifecycle events ( JML )
Support IAM backlog refinement with clear prioritization of high-risk healthcare use cases.

Responsibilities
Technical Business Analyst
Develop and execute test plans for SailPoint IIQ workflows impacting clinical and high-risk systems.
Validate:
? Timely provisioning/deprovisioning of hospital users
? Correct role assignments for clinical staff
? Access certification campaigns for regulated systems (I'm assuming this will become relevant again very quickly)
Perform end-to-end testing across integrations (e.g., HR ? SailPoint ? AD/Entra ID ? EPIC /clinical apps).
Track and manage defects impacting patient-care systems with urgency and clear escalation.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Technical Business Analyst, IV: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 8 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience.
Preferences
Support access certification and audit processes tied to:
? HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
? Least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD)
Ensure SailPoint configurations align with audit expectations and regulatory controls.
Assist in documenting controls, test evidence, and validation artifacts for audits.
