What you ll do: The Raw Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, receiving and payment of materials, consumables, and other items for the Production Department.

Responsibilities

Procure materials for production schedules

Maintain accurate records of materials being ordered and in stock using the computerized inventory management systems

Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers

Managing the inventory management processes and conducting inventory counts as needed Accounts Payable Management, paying invoices and updating financial documents

Completion of system reviews and process accountability reviews

Manage LTO and promo raw materials to minimize waste Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged material in a timely manner, documenting reason for disposal

Management of raw materials DMR system Participate in period close inventory

Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050.

Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required

Computer Skills (Word processing, Excel spreadsheets)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Detail Oriented, Team Oriented, with a positive work ethic and attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Inventory Control Experience Preferred
