Job Description

This role will expand upon manual control execution responsibilities while serving as a critical team resource for escalation support, operational oversight, and management and training needs as required. The individual will partner with stakeholders to further automate and/or offshore manual processes, support those transitions, and help design or enhance team coverage models for ancillary tasks. This will enable staffing managers to focus more effectively on people leadership and workforce strategy.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically three or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations

Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong presentation skills

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
