What we do:
As part of the Operations and Resiliency Group, the Reserve Bank Accounts and Services (RBAS) is responsible for the administrative, business, risk, and compliance activities related to the provision of master accounts and Federal Reserve financial services for second district customers.
The RBAS team functions as the central communication and coordination liaison between the Bank's internal and external customers, with respect to on-going account management for the duration of the customer relationship.
Your role as Account Manager:
Reporting to the RBAS Director, your role is to manage and lead account related activities, retain and strengthen customer relationships, decision-making, planning and strategizing to ensure high-quality customers and account service and issue resolution. Work includes engagement with customers and cross Bank colleagues and stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Policy areas) and maintaining Federal Reserve System relationships to effectively execute these activities.
This role requires the responsibility to work independently with limited supervision for a portfolio of customers with a high degree of collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes, requiring keen attention to details, organization, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
Manage end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of customers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute business initiatives and to obtain relevant input to business actions.
Demonstrate knowledge to provide guidance to stakeholders regarding Federal Reserve System account and financial services policies, practices and procedures.
Accountable owner for the end-to-end processes for account opening and related on-going account maintenance activities, working with Federal Reserve System stakeholders.
Prepare written reports that interpret and synthesize analyses, making connections between recommendations and the bigger picture.
Contribute and/or lead bi-weekly stakeholders' meetings on account access reviews.
Provide peer reviews and resolve difficult and complex problems related to account and financial services.
Support quarterly Board Database reporting/reconciliations on existing and pending account requests and conduct ad-hoc querying/analysis for stakeholders.
Administer the Account Request Tool (ART) to facilitate requests for Federal Reserve accounts and financial services.
Participate in engagement and support for requested information/presentations for Compliance Testing/Risk/Audit review.
Manage projects within the role.
What we are looking for:
Strong customer service, critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly learn business and related process and work independently to deliver outcomes.
Advanced collaboration, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively make connections, ask insightful questions, and synthesize information within deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Understanding of internal controls and risk management practices and/or relevant disciplines (e.g. background or experience in BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance) and an interest in understanding applicability to Reserve Bank operations.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical, quantitative skills, including ability to interpret policy requirement.
Advanced PC and technical proficiency (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, SharePoint Online, Tableau, SalesForce, Launchpad Pro (Generative AI), and collaboration tools).

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
