As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in Woodland, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations through teamwork, reliability, and integrity while bringing an agile, innovative approach to assisting guests, associates, and the overall shopping environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and communicate with store leadership and/or local responders when conditions call for support.

Support retail loss prevention efforts by documenting incidents, addressing policy violations, and maintaining awareness of high-traffic and high-value areas.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
