Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver to join their team in ELK GROVE, CA. As a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping and receiving department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, excellent time management, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER

Location: Elk Grove, CA

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

What's the Job?

Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.

Steel-toe boots are required for this position. Candidates must also successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check in accordance with company policy..

Forklift operator / Manual Pallet Jack

Loads and unloads common carrier and company vehicles efficiently and safely.

Prepares shipment paperwork, verifies merchandise accuracy, and applies proper postage and labels.

Gathers assembled orders, verifies quantities and descriptions, and documents shipment details.

Packs orders into containers, arranges them on shelves according to truck routes, and verifies shipment accuracy against invoices.

What's Needed?

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attendance record and reliability.

Willingness to work overtime as needed to support team goals.

General knowledge of electrical products is preferred.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
