Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support contract coordination and client onboarding for a growing organization in Fort Worth, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing documentation, tracking details in Excel, and providing responsive support during the setup of new customer accounts. The position plays an important role in keeping agreements accurate, onboarding activities on schedule, and communication moving smoothly across internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of client master service agreements to ensure records remain complete and current.

Coordinate onboarding activities for newly acquired customers, helping move each account through setup in a timely and accurate manner.

Track contract details, status updates, and key onboarding information using Excel and other administrative records.

Work closely with internal departments and legal partners to route agreements, follow up on revisions, and support timely completion.

Respond to client questions during onboarding and provide attentive service throughout the account setup process.

Handle administrative support tasks connected to new business intake, documentation, and operational follow-through.

Review contract files for accuracy and consistency, identifying missing information and resolving discrepancies as needed. Requirements - Experience in administrative support, contract coordination, onboarding, or a related office-based role.

Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining trackers and updating data records.

Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Data entry experience and confidence working with contract-related documentation.

Familiarity with service agreements or similar business documents is preferred. TalentMatch®
