The position is Temp-hire, with a pay range of $20.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience

What's a typical day as Sales Administrator? You'll be:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using ERP or order management systems.
Reviewing purchase orders, pricing, terms, and product availability for accuracy.
Coordinating order fulfillment with warehouse, production, and shipping departments.
Monitoring order status and providing timely updates to customers and sales representatives.
Preparing quotations, invoices, sales reports, and related documentation.
Resolving order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer inquiries.
Maintaining customer account information and sales records.
Creating and issuing purchase orders to approved vendors and suppliers.
Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with replenishment activities.
Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Generating routine operational and sales reports.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have an associate degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Bring at least 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, purchasing, or order processing.
Are experienced with ERP, MRP, CRM, or inventory management systems (preferred).
Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
(Preferred) Have knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes, and experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
