Objective

Dependable and safety-minded individual seeking an entry-level Flagger position in Allentown, PA. Available for immediate start and eager to learn traffic control procedures while contributing to safe and efficient work zones.

Shift & Pay

Monday-Friday

$16/HR

After 3-months: $17/HR

Core Skills

Strong attention to safety and detail

Reliable and punctual with flexible availability

Ability to follow instructions and work outdoors in all weather

Clear communication and teamwork skills

Physically capable of standing for extended periods

Quick learner with strong work ethic

Availability

Immediate start

Open to full-time, part-time, and overtime shifts

Available for early mornings, weekends, and extended hours

Relevant Abilities

Willingness to complete Flagger Certification (ATSSA or local requirements)

Able to direct traffic using basic hand signals and signage (training-ready)

Understands importance of maintaining safe distances and alertness in work zones

Comfortable working near moving vehicles and construction environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
