Job Title: Construction Administrator

Responsibilities

Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forward.

Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against established goals, timelines, and budgets.

Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations.

Coordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.

Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignment.

Help identify potential project risks or issues and support project teams with tracking and resolution efforts.

Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Skills

Associate's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Business.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction administration role supporting commercial projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of project management software such as PM software and P6.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in project coordination, project administration, construction administration, change orders, RFIs, project management, architecture, and scheduling.

Work Environment

Work onsite for 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. The position offers 2 weeks of paid time off and 6 holidays. Join a large, growing company with the ability to support impactful projects throughout the Eastern PA area.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
