Eaton's North American Sales Division is seeking a National Account Manager- Engineering Services. This position may be remote within the US and will require up to 35% travel.
The role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing Engineering Services business with targeted customers in the hyperscale and multi-tenant data center segment. This role will own key customer relationships at the corporate level and maximize these relationships to drive national programs and initiatives. The individual will work in conjunction with NAS vertical account leaders and managers to provide full customer support.
Additionally, this individual will provide leadership in communicating customer needs and value propositions to the division to aid effective decision making and organizational direction. They will deliver customer strategy and support needs to the Engineering Services and NAS vertical sales organization and ensure alignment throughout the organization. They will be responsible for coordinating response to program level quotations and driving closure, including service agreements, terms and operational response.
In this role you will:
Own and grow national Engineering Services relationships with assigned strategic customers across hyperscale and MTDC segments
Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for assigned accounts, driving account strategy, national programs, and long-term growth initiatives
Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned to customer priorities, Eaton strategy, and installed base growth opportunities
Drive Engineering Services revenue growth, margin performance, and program-level execution for assigned national accounts
Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering Services, field operations, NAS vertical sales, legal and finance, to ensure successful delivery of customer programs
Translate customer requirements and voice-of-customer into actionable internal initiatives, influencing service offerings, operational strategy, and organizational direction
Support and lead complex, program-level quotations, ensuring alignment on scope, pricing, risk, margin, and execution capability
Negotiate and manage commercial contracts including service agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), pricing frameworks, and terms and conditions
Ensure customer programs are operationally executable by aligning capacity, capabilities, and delivery models with internal stakeholders
Act as the escalation point for account-level execution risks and customer issues, driving resolution through collaboration and influence
Partner with sales and services leadership to identify recurring revenue opportunities including preventive maintenance, testing, lifecycle, and modernization services
Maintain close alignment with NAS vertical account leaders to deliver a unified Eaton customer experience
Serve as a role model for Eaton's values and philosophies and code of ethics
Your Qualificati ons:
Minimum five (5) years of electrical industry sales/marketing/operations experience
Experience managing national or strategic customer accounts with multi-site and multi-stakeholder complexity
Proven experience leading commercial discussions, including pricing strategy and contract negotiations
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, without direct authority
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in electrical engineering services, field engineering, or critical power infrastructure
Direct experience supporting hyperscale or multi-tenant data center customers
Services-based account management experience with recurring revenue models
Familiarity with service program deployment across multiple sites or region

The expected annual salary range for this role is $134000 - $196000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
