Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Worker supports a high-volume auto parts distribution facility by performing a variety of tasks across multiple warehouse sections. This role involves order picking for both bulk distribution and e-commerce, operating warehouse equipment, using RF scanners and computers, and moving throughout a large facility to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders worldwide.
Responsibilities
Move throughout all sections of a large warehouse and remain flexible to support changing priorities during the shift.
Perform order picking for bulk auto parts distribution using pick lists and RF scan guns.
Pull specific items from inventory and deliver them to designated stations for packaging and shipping.
Support the e-commerce operation by accurately fulfilling online orders and preparing them for shipment.
Use RF scan guns to scan, verify, and track items during the picking and inventory processes.
Work with computers to document orders, update inventory records, and complete required system entries.
Assist with general warehouse activities such as inventory handling, stocking, and organizing products as needed.
Adapt quickly to different tasks and departments and participate in cross-training to support multiple warehouse functions.
Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse operations.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse experience.
Ability to use RF scan guns for picking and inventory tasks.
Basic computer skills to document orders and update inventory.
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and participate in cross-training.
Ability to move throughout a large warehouse and perform a high level of walking during the shift.
Experience with general warehouse picking, forklift use, and inventory activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfort working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and handling orders.
Willingness to support multiple departments and adjust to changing work assignments.
Reliability in working a weekend-based schedule from Saturday to Tuesday, noon to 10:30 p.m.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
