Summary You will serve as a IT Specialist (SYSANALISIS/APPSW) in NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA. Responsibilities You will provide a wide range of IT Specialist Systems Analysis (SYSANALYSIS) and Applications Software (APPSW) technical support to various maintenance and logistics programs. You will serve as a customer interface to confirm/clarify requirements. You will be analyzing and translating system requirements into application proto@types. You will be designing and/or developing applications/systems. You will be determining system infrastructure and establishing data requirements, structure, and repository. You will be writing, maintaining, and debugging applications/systems and code. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in the private or public sector providing Information Technology (IT) Systems Analysis (SYSANALYSIS) and Applications Software (APPSW) support (e.g., web development, software lifecycle) to identify and implement improvements in effectiveness and efficiency (e.g., web application security and best practices). Examples of Qualifying Experience may include: described knowledge of the government's Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), knowledge of Oracle Database and/or WebLogic Application Server, knowledge of Bootstrap framework, utilizing languages/techniques (i.e., Java, SQL/PLSQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, XML, JSON, AJAX, JSP/JSTL).
