Our client, a fast-paced business services organization, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Accounting Department supporting invoice processing and expense management operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Plant City, FL

What's the Job?

Process invoices, freight invoices, and customer credits in a high-volume environment.

Review expense reports and record accounting entries accurately.

Reconcile AP trial balances and resolve payment discrepancies.

Support vendor payment processing and maintain financial documentation.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.

What's Needed?

0-3 years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or expense processing experience.

Basic Microsoft Excel skills; AS400 experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage changing priorities and high-volume workloads.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
