As AVP, Marketing Analytics & Insights, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and brand-turning complex information into member insights that fuel growth, strengthen financial well-being, and guide executive decisions. Reporting directly to the CMO, this visible leadership role equips the executive team and Board of Directors with clear measurement, performance intelligence, and compelling narratives that connect marketing activity to business outcomes-and to the strength of the Dupaco brand.

What You'll Do:
Strategic Collaboration & Insights:
Partner closely with Marketing Strategists to provide the data-driven insights necessary for annual planning and tactical campaign design.
Collaborate with Marketing Strategists on audience segmentation and journey mapping to ensure campaigns are targeted, relevant, and measurable with a focus on minimizing member acquisition cost (MAC).
Technology & Data Infrastructure:
Oversee the Strum Platform CDP, ensuring seamless data integration, audience segmentation, and the delivery of actionable member insights.
Oversee the HubSpot Marketing Automation system, optimizing workflows, lead scoring, and campaign execution to drive conversion.
Oversee the marketing data roadmap, ensuring data integrity across the marketing tech stack, member relationship management (MRM) and Business Intelligence systems.
Employ artificial intelligence (AI) to automate routine reporting and develop predictive models for "Next Best Action" based on financial health and behavioral triggers.
Member & Business Insights:
Analyze behavior for both consumer and business members to identify opportunities for product adoption, retention, and relationship deepening.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for differentiation.
Performance Metrics & Campaign Analysis:
Lead the analysis of integrated marketing campaigns, computing critical KPIs such as Marketing Acquisition Cost (MAC), Lifetime Member Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI).
Forecasting & Growth Strategy:
Develop and implement forecasting modelsfor member growth, loan volume, and deposit acquisition to support annual budgeting and strategic planning.
Holistic Member Insights:
Synthesize internal behavioral data from Strum Platform CDP with external "Voice of the Member" sentiment from Medallia.
Brand Equity Integration:
Incorporate annual and longitudinal brand survey insights into performance reporting to measure how brand health correlates with member acquisition and retention.
Financial Health Leadership:
Lead the cross-functional integration of a Member Financial Health Score into the member experience. Utilize this score within MRM and HubSpot to trigger personalized, supportive outreach and product recommendations that improve the member's financial well-being.
Executive Support & Strategic Communication:
Partner with the CMO in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations for the Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, and COO.
Translate complex data sets into compelling narratives that align marketing performance with the credit union's overarching business objectives.
Incorporate annual and longitudinal brand survey insights into performance reporting to measure how brand health correlates with member acquisition and retention.

What You'll Need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in leading and managing marketing analytics or business intelligence, preferably within the financial services or credit union industry.
Technical Skills:
Direct experience with the Strum Platform CDP and/or HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and governing boards.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
