What You'll Do
As a Press Brake/Laser Operator, you'll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You'll get to:
Set up and run production jobs using press brake and laser equipment.
Execute programs on the laser and operate press brakes efficiently.
Understand and ensure the safe operation of all assigned equipment.
Maintain quality and production standards in compliance with all ISO and company procedures.
Use precise measuring tools to verify part quality.
Proactively highlight concerns and identify opportunities for process improvement.

High School Graduate.
Demonstrated understanding of press brake and laser equipment operation.
Skilled at running both press brake and laser equipment.
Proficient in using precise measuring tools.
Ability to ensure the quality of parts produced.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with others.
Knowledge of ISO Standards.
Effective communication and good written skills
