What You'll Do
As a Tool & Die Maker, you'll be part of our team located in Martin, TN. You'll get to:
Manufacture, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Operate and maintain manual and CNC machining equipment.
Understanding material properties and selecting appropriate metals for tooling improves durability and performance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to solve technical challenges.
Competence in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and conducting quality inspections is critical.

Completion of a recognized Tool and Die Maker apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of machining, metallurgy, and manufacturing processes.
Journeyman's card and/or tool & die experience perferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
