Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily shipping and receiving activities ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to schedule shipments and deliveries efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and support inventory control processes.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and inventory counts.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize shipping and receiving workflows.

YOU MUST HAVE

Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.

Proficiency with ERP systems and shipping software to manage documentation and track shipments.

Ability to handle shipping logistics including carrier coordination and freight documentation.

Experience with compliance standards related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

WE VALUE

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.

Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
