Summary You will serve as a in the AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (DIGITAL ASSETS) in the Video Project Management Division of NAVMEDSUP DET BETHESDA MD. Responsibilities You will independently plan and carry out work, interpret regulations and determine the technical approach to be taken. You will operate as a member of a specialty team, provides concurrent services in one or more of the areas specified below to visual information projects that are primarily completed by the Media Production Department. You will work with Client, Producers, Editors, Project Officers and Subject Matter Experts to deliver accurate visually appealing messages and complete within resource limitations. You will be responsible for acquiring, cataloguing, managing, and protecting an organization's proprietary digital assets. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience editing on Non-linear editing systems. - Experience cataloging video digital assets for seamless accessibility. - Experience applying knowledge of audiovisual digital broadcast equipment & systems packing, storage and inventory. - Experience operating and maintain Media Servers. - Experience adding metadata. - Experience running camera or audio in a studio or location environment. GS-11- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
