Description

Our client, a reputable healthcare company, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to join their team onsite in Daly City. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative support, data accuracy, and providing excellent internal and external customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

In this role, you will support daily administrative operations, maintain employee records, and assist with documentation processes that require a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Training will be provided, making this a strong opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide data entry and administrative support for department operations

Update, maintain, and audit employee information within the Paycom system

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office applications on a daily basis

Access government websites to retrieve, verify, and save required documentation to internal shared drives

Perform quality control checks by reviewing entered information for accuracy and completeness

Support phone and email communications, responding to inquiries and providing customer service assistance

Assist with document organization, tracking, and record maintenance

Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative processes

Participate in training and onboarding provided by the department lead

Requirements

Qualifications:

Prior administrative support and data entry experience required

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-service focused with a professional and responsive approach

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office required

Experience using Paycom preferred

Comfortable navigating online government portals and handling secure documentation

Ability to work onsite in Daly City office

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
