4 Month Contract - Customer Service Representative - Onsite

Pay: $21.47

Training Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST

What you'll do:

Deliver industry-leading service with prompt, accurate, one-call resolution.

Handle inbound calls from small business clients and partner agencies-no cold calling.

Follow up on online applications and assist with questions about coverage, billing, policy details, and general clarification.

Enter inbound leads quickly and accurately.

What we're look for:

Active P&C General Lines/Commercial Lines license (required).

Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

Dependability, professionalism, and comfort working in a structured, metric-driven environment.

This is a Contract position based out of OMAHA, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
