Our client, a leading energy technology company, is seeking a Project Manager I to join their team. You will be part of the Project Management team supporting Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC , and Dispatch teams . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , excellent communication abilities , and attention to detail , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager I

Location: Longmont, CO

Pay Range: $38.30/hour

?? What's the Job?

Assist in tracking project scope, schedules, and milestones using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch to monitor project progress.

Support vendor and customer coordination, including documentation tracking, approvals, inspections, and dispatch activities.

Assist with invoice tracking, shipment documentation, and logistics coordination for customer-specific materials and accessories.

Maintain organized project documentation and support preparation of project status reports and dashboards.

? What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

0-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role (internship experience welcome).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle is a plus.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
