A Day in the Life
Across our global Neuroscience organization, we advance care for some of medicine's most complex neurological and spinal conditions. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to leaders and teams within the CST Operating Unit to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage multiple administrative priorities with strong organization, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders and teams.
Support meetings and offsites by managing logistics, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other business communications.
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Process expense reports, invoices, contracts, and other administrative documentation in compliance with company policies.
Support projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support administrative operations and reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred.
6+ years of administrative support experience.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and other administrative logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience supporting expense reports, invoices, presentations, and reporting.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$55,600.00 - $83,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
