Accounts Payable Processor

Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accounts Payable Processor to join a fast-paced, high-volume accounting team in Duluth, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants the potential to transition into a long-term role with a growing organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Process a high volume of invoices in a fast-moving AP environment

Perform 3-way matching for both PO and non-PO invoices

Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and supporting documentation

Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, missing information, and mismatches

Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate financial records

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve outstanding issues

Assist with wire transfers and weekly check runs

Utilize Excel, including VLOOKUPs, to track, reconcile, and analyze data

Maintain organized records and update information within the AP system

What We're Looking For

1-3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high-volume setting

Strong background in invoice processing, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution

Experience with 3-way matching for PO and non-PO invoices

Comfortable working within ERP systems (Avante, AS400, or similar platforms preferred)

Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks

Comfortable making vendor calls and following up on outstanding items
