As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Assignment in Orlando, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help support a secure environment. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.70 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access activities, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.

Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic, verify credentials and/or shipping documentation when required, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior to the appropriate site contact.

Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing package handling areas, reporting damaged doors, gates, lighting, and/or other property concerns, and completing required reports before the end of the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
